45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training in our heated, regulation size lap pool. Exercising in the water virtually eliminates the risk of impact injuries allowing individuals of varying abilities to experience a safe and comfortable workout. Aqua Aerobics also provides the resistance necessary to help strengthen all muscle groups, a critical component to a faster metabolism and healthier body

Aqua Bootcamp
Looking for a gentle dip in the pool? Then this is the class for you! This class consists of high intensity cardiovascular drills which are intensified through water resistance. It's great for those looking for an intense workout with high impact activity.

Body Pump ™
The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! This breakthrough in resistance workout training focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, so you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce a lean body. The cutting-edge Body Pump™ choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the results you've been looking for!

Body Sculpting
Body Sculpt
Body Sculpting includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body’s major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, body sculpting is ideal for those who dislike or can not perform high impact workouts. Body sculpting also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one’s bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

Box and Burn
A powerful cardiovascular class that incorporates a variety of boxing movements and aerobic combinations.

Core Stability
A 30-minute class designed to increase strength and stability in the vitally important center, or "core", of the body. Class will consist of stability ball exercises combined with other stabilization activities to target the abdominal, lower back, and other core muscles.

Core & More

A unique workout that "fuses' the most effective forms of exercise into one class! Students will start with 20 minutes of Spin followed by 15 minutes interval training and 15 minutes of power sculpting. Class will conclude with 10 minutes of Yoga inspired stretches.

H.I.I.T. Kick
30 minute cardio-kickboxing combined with intervals of high intensity interval training drills.

H.I.I.T. Spin
30 minute spin class that utilizes a combination of high intensity intervals of speed and/or resistance cycling.

Interval Training
a 60-minute class alternating plyometric and cardio moves with body sculpting. Students will burn calories with cardio and build lean muscle with strength training. Dumbbells, body bars, bosu, and steps may be used each class.

Just Abs
A 15-minute class designed solely for the strengthening and conditioning of the abdominal muscles.

A mind/body workout designed to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, and tone through continuous and controlled motion.

Power Step
A step class that incorporates more advanced choreography and intense movement.

Quick Fit
A 30-minute circuit-training workout that incorporates intervals of strength and cardiovascular training for those individuals with limited time.

A cycling workout, set to unique music, which takes you on a simulated journey over hills and various other terrain. Please bring a towel and water bottle.

A 45-minute class designed to address the specific needs of our senior population. All exercises can be performed seated or standing and include cardiovascular, strength, agility, and flexibility training.

Swimming builds strength and endurance, promotes weight loss, and provides a life-saving skill. And it’s a low-impact form of exercise. Swimming utilizes the natural buoyancy of water so that no pressure or strain is placed on working muscles and joints. We offer classes based on age and skill level and are taught in levels of progression to enhance learning and ensure water safety.

Inspired by cumbia, salsa, samba, and merengue, this infection class pairs pulsating Latin rhythms with red-hot international, easy to follow dance steps for an hour of fat-burning fun
